IF...

If I was in Paris right about now I would be drinking coffee but I am drinking tea.
If I was in Paris I would be going to this exhibition.
If I was in Paris I would be trying to make a reservation here.
If I was in Paris I would have bought Loic Prigent's Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton documentary DVD from Colette. If I had been in Paris I would have seen it on the telly for free.

But I am not. So I order, I wait for the postman. Sigh.

Fine motivational tips for me, because I'm planning a trip to Paris in the next six weeks or so! One Q: The link to the reservation is to this http://www.thehiddenkitchen.net/
which seems to be in Sacramento CA?

Cheers,

BB

*sigh* I could make my own list....I'd see the Pompidou exhibit too and pop by Colette. And maybe a Laduree macaroon with that coffee...

if you were in paris right now, you'd be annoyed by all the tourists! it doesn't let up until september. so i'm saving my Paris trip for another month!

oh my god BB thank you for pointing out my link blunder! Same name, strangely similar looking websites, what can I say...the link is now corrected!

ihf: impeccable taste!

f.m: I am yearning so much for Paris - it's been three months, I'd even happily share a eurostar carriage and a restaurant table with a tour group wearing matching T shirts and caps...

What are the prices like in the Hidden Kitchen? The sample menu sounds delicious. If you come to Paris when I'm there we should go and try it out! xx

Cath - it's about 60 euros a head with wine/drinks included...but you get like 10 courses! I'd love to go - they're apparently booked up two months in advance which is tricky for me not knowing when I'll be there...I love that they don't tell you the address until the day before...so exciting!
